Bob Bodily
I’m a technical founder and PhD-trained researcher working at the intersection of artificial intelligence, data, search, content systems, and software delivery.
What I do now
At SageCreek AI, I help mid-market service businesses identify where AI can create measurable operating leverage, then build the software, data systems, and automation needed to make that leverage real. SageCreek’s public model is deliberately practical: find where AI can move revenue or margin, build around the company’s workflows and data, and leave the client owning the resulting code and intellectual property.
Bobbodily.com is my public research and practice site for answer-engine optimization, search, technical discovery, evidence-led content, and AI visibility measurement. Consulting services on this site are contracted through Creativity Effect. Full-stack organizational AI transformations may be delivered with or referred to SageCreek AI when that is the honest fit.
Why research methods show up everywhere here
I earned a PhD from Brigham Young University in 2018. My dissertation used a design-based research approach to design, develop, and implement a real-time learning analytics dashboard. Earlier and later roles combined primary research, predictive modeling, experimentation, product analytics, and the translation of evidence into decisions.
A credential is not proof that every conclusion is correct. On this site, research training should be visible in the work: defined questions, dated evidence, source hierarchy, reproducible calculations, explicit limitations, correction paths, and a bright line between observation and causation.

What this biography does not claim
Academic work establishes research experience; it does not establish AEO results. Founder titles establish operating experience; they do not prove that Bob personally caused every company outcome. Case studies and commercial claims therefore carry their own evidence and limitations.
