Working commercial shape
The proposed structure is a three-month initial term with up to 20 hours of combined monthly capacity. Bob leads strategy, research judgment, and consequential decisions. Defined implementation may be completed by specialists under Bob’s direction and will be disclosed before work begins. Final response times, rollover rules, tool costs, and exclusions belong in the signed scope.
