The publishing promise
The Citable Answer is built around a constraint: publish something another practitioner can actually inspect or use.
An issue may contain a crawler test, a prompt-measurement result, a before-and-after implementation record, a research critique, a worksheet, or a correction. It will name sources and say what the result does not prove.
Why the archive is public
Email is useful because it is an owned relationship. It should not make the website less useful. Every issue will have a canonical HTML page, and substantial resources will be available without subscribing. Optional downloads may reorganize the work into a more convenient workbook or template.
The email form remains disabled until the sending domain, double opt-in, privacy flow, unsubscribe behavior, and required postal identity are correctly configured. Until then, the archive can still do its job.
